Framing the problem is crucial to the success of any project. In this phase I make sure I understand everything about the company, the market it operates in, who is the target audience, what are the company’s competitors and what is the the real problem we’re trying to solve.
Strategy
Every design project has to achieve business goals. After learning them in the first phase, I try to think of a strategy to actualise them. This phase is mostly done through workshop with you, the client. I’m a big believer of collaboration and co-creation.
Build
The build process in construction refers to the step-by-step progression of turning a design or plan into a completed structure. It typically begins with site preparation and foundation work, followed by framing, installation of systems like plumbing and electrical, and then finishing tasks such as insulation, drywall, flooring, and painting. Throughout the process, construction managers coordinate labor, materials, timelines, and inspections to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
